Heyyyyyyyy I love that panel with Blisterfish laying down and waking up. I redrew that like 4 or 5 times and finally just took a picture of myself in that pose and referenced the hell out of in and the result is exactly what I wanted.

Chemo update: bad, they’re putting me on a more intense chemical and they keep having to reschedule my appointments because my white blood cells aren’t behaving. I am lucky to have really understanding bosses and coworkers so it’s not messing with work as much as it could be but I am definitely ready for this debacle to be over and done with.

I’m at least done with the chapter 2 line art despite all these setbacks!! Just doing minor corrections and detail consistency and then I’m onto shading and finishing touches. A couple friends gave me some really valuable feedback and Daniel (my partner, collaborator, and helpful main editor) and I have been mulling over how to incorporate those critiques without making huge changes. It is going well!! I am happy to have such great friends willing to give my work a once-over.
